How coaching works

Local coaching.
A clear path to the field.

Existing team members and new local coaches use the same registration. Taylor coordinates experience review, anchor club confirmation, onboarding, and session planning.

01

Register your interest

Share your state, service area, qualifications, playing background, club connections, and weekly availability.

02

Review your experience

Taylor reviews your coaching record and verifies the qualifications and playing experience relevant to your role.

03

Confirm an anchor club

Every new market needs an agreed local club partnership. Share a club you coach at, a club you can introduce, or ask Sessions to help find the right partner.

04

Discuss your compensation

Inquire for your individual rate. Review the assignment, responsibilities, and payment terms privately before you commit.

05

Complete onboarding & coach

Complete credential checks, screening, SafeSport, and a coach agreement. Confirm the field and actual session times before families book.

06

Reach local families

The anchor club introduces Sessions through its agreed family communications and community channels. Targeted ads support local outreach once the coach and club are confirmed.

Built with local clubs

A coach.
A club. A community.

An anchor club gives each market a local home and a direct connection to families. Sessions and the club agree how the program is introduced, what local support is available, and how training fits around the club’s players.

Club communications, coach referrals, and community introductions form the starting point for customer recruitment. Paid advertising can extend that reach. Club participation, promotional permissions, and any field arrangements must be confirmed before launch.

Experience & qualifications

More experience.
More opportunity.

A stronger verified playing background and more advanced coaching licenses can support higher compensation. College or professional playing experience, recognized coaching qualifications, and a proven record of developing players all contribute to the review.

Playing ability alone does not establish coaching ability. Your experience with the relevant player ages, coaching approach, and session responsibilities are considered together. Compensation is agreed individually and shared directly with the coach.

Before you register

Clear expectations.

I already coach with you. Do I still register?

Yes. Select the existing-coach option so Taylor can confirm your current information and the hours you can offer Sessions.

Can I apply through my playing experience?

Yes. Share your playing background alongside any coaching experience or qualifications. Taylor will review your suitability and any training needed before you coach paid sessions.

How do I find out my rate?

Register and inquire. Taylor will discuss compensation based on verified experience, qualifications, and the role. Rates and payment terms must be agreed in writing before you accept an assignment.

Does sharing availability book me into sessions?

No. Weekly availability helps plan the schedule. Actual dates, venues, responsibilities, and coaching assignments must be confirmed separately.

Where are you recruiting?

Coaches can register from any U.S. state. A new market needs a signed coach and a confirmed anchor club before customer recruitment begins. Hanover County and Manatee County are initial planning areas, not a restriction on national coach registration.
