Sessions Soccer Training is operated by Blueprint Sports Co. This page explains the information collected by this site and the choices available here.

Information you choose to submit

When registration or training requests are enabled, we collect the contact details, location, coaching background or player age range, goals, and availability that you enter. Sessions uses this information to review applications, coordinate local opportunities, and respond to requests. Do not include medical information or identity documents in these forms.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Enabled registration requests are stored in Airtable. Stripe handles payment details when paid booking is available; enter payment card details only on Stripe’s checkout. Configured email services may deliver transactional messages. These providers process information needed for their respective services.

Optional measurement

When configured, Google Analytics measures site usage only after you choose analytics cookies. A configured Meta pixel measures public-page visits only after you choose marketing cookies. We do not send form entries to these tools. Analytics page addresses omit query strings, including booking tokens. Optional measurement is disabled on booking confirmation pages. We honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Your choices

You can reject optional cookies and still browse the site. Use Cookie preferences to change your choice when optional measurement is configured. Rejecting optional cookies stops future optional measurement; it does not delete information previously received by a provider. Browser controls can remove cookies already saved. Coach drafts are stored only in that browser until you submit them; clear the browser’s Sessions site storage to remove a saved draft.

Requests and updates

Ask the Sessions team to review, correct, or remove information you submitted using the operational contact provided during your application or booking correspondence. We retain submitted information for operational needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This notice will be updated when services or practices change.
